Refund Policy

  1. Since our services and data exchanges are done in electronic digital systems, So there have no opportunity to return any fund. If the client is not satisfied with our services, we may amend his/her work according to the contract.
  2. There will be 14 days after the final delivery for a free correction, if the client applies for a correction after these 14 days, he/she will have to pay an extra fee. This will be fixed in mutual bargaining.
  3. If the client ceases to communicate with us without notice during the course of the work, and the client fails to communicate with us even after the expiration of the contract, the contract with him will automatically terminate. In this case, the client will be obliged to pay us a certain amount of financial value (which is fixed in the contract) of the total budget allocated for the work referred to as compensation.
  4. If the client cancels the order while the work is in progress, the client will be obliged to pay the price for the work completed before the order is canceled.
  5. If the client does anything contrary to our Terms & Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel his/her work. In this case, we will not be responsible for any loss to the client.
